PQ FixIt (pqfixit.com) is the maintenance request site Point Quest Group runs for the staff, directors, maintenance crew and administrators of its properties and businesses. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Accounts are for people who work at a Point Quest Group property or business, approved by a director or a maintenance admin.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your cell phone or email. Keep access to your phone and email to yourself, and use only your own account.
- An admin can turn an account off, for example when someone leaves.
Using PQ FixIt
- Report real maintenance problems, as accurately as you can. Photos help; please keep people, especially students, out of them.
- PQ FixIt isn't a way to report something that threatens anyone's safety right now. Call for help first (the Emergency option on the ticket form shows who to call), then submit the ticket.
- Don't use PQ FixIt to harass anyone or to share anything unrelated to maintenance.
PQ FixIt Alerts (text messages)
- What you'll get: texts from PQ FixIt about your maintenance tickets and jobs: sign-in codes, new jobs assigned to you, tickets waiting for your priority, emergencies, access requests to approve, and when a problem you reported is fixed.
- How you join: by ticking “Yes, text me alerts” on the request access form, choosing “Yes, text me” after you sign in, or turning texts on in Settings. Agreeing to texts isn't required to use PQ FixIt; you can use email or check the site instead.
- How often: message frequency varies with your tickets and jobs.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text. You'll get one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to get texts again. You can also turn texts off in Settings.
- For help: reply HELP to any text, or email maintenance@pqfixit.com.
- Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number is in the Privacy Policy. We never share it, or your consent to texts, for marketing.
